We added the ability to check your order status on our website. Visit the order status page under our resources section to use this new feature.
This feature works in the simplest possible manner. You do not need to login or sign up for an account. Just enter your Account ID and Order ID. We'll show you the status for that specific order.
There's one major limitation with this feature: you can only check status for one order at a time. This limitation is unavoidable until we're able to provide you with password protected access to your order and account information.
We'll continue to gradually enhance our website with more tools that make your life easier. For now, we hope you enjoy this small improvement.
